Mark will discuss how winning organisations get the ‘best’ out of people not the ‘most’ out of people; they are places where leaders lead from the heart and truly understand how to deliver excellence. Using the latest thinking in psychology he will explore how great leaders use a personal coaching style to create a development environment in which people thrive and grow, are motivated, passionate and successful. We will develop simple models and strategies that are easy to apply and have immediate and positive results.

Much of the literature in Emotional Intelligence suggests that people who are ‘happy’ and ‘successful’ have in common the magic ingredient of self-awareness.
